Eating healthy can be a challenge these days especially with the rising cost of food. So when I had the opportunity to read Cat Smiley's new book I was very excited.

I am not interested in losing weight but for anyone who is their is so much useful information in the book. I really enjoyed the budget friendly options and how easy everything is to follow.
