Waldorf Salad Recipe

1 cup chopped apples
1/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 cup chopped pears
1 cup grapes
Serves: 1
Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
Place fruit in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and honey. Spoon over fruit and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Walnuts are not included in nutrition analysis.
