To fuel more positivity and say thanks to our frontline workers - CITY SHRED is kicking off a colouring page contest that will thank our Canadian frontline workers this week for Good Friday & Easter weekend! Parents are invited to print out the colouring sheets – which will be available on @City_Shred and @City_ShredKidsInstagram pages w - and have their kids colour them in and post them on their channels for a chance to win a $200 gift card to Indigo. More information can be found @City_Shred - the aim is to gives kids across the nation a positive outlet spread the importance of staying safe, happy and healthy – inside and out.

To help keep kids (and adults) active and positive – CITY SHRED, Instagram’s largest fitness event, also recently launched the City Shred Online Sweat Series, a daily schedule of sessions from top trainers and teachers across the country on the @City_Shred Instagram page, which includes kid’s dance classes Monday to Friday at 1:30PM and weekly Kids Mindful Meditations, too.
Lastly, CITY SHRED also hosted first Virtual Shred event on Zoom on Mar.25 to get the fit fam back together - with 250 people sweating alongside one another, virtually. This Saturday, April 11, City Shred will host its 2nd Virtual Shred on Zoom at 12PM EST. We’d love for you and the family to join in. There are six great trainers and prizes to be won, too. Have you ever had a craving for something but then once you looked at it you realized, I can make that myself for next to nothing? That's how I felt last night I thought about ordering in some food but then realized I really don't want to spend any money. I really wanted pizza bread from Boston Pizza. So I recreated it and oh my goodness was it ever good. Try some of these great recipes too! Pizza Bread Dough 1 cup warm water 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar 2 cups flour Seasoning 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion salt 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp sugar 1. Combine the water, yeast, and 1 tsp of sugar in the mixing bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the flour and salt and mix until a ball of dough forms.
