Everything starts with quality ingredients. Whenever possible, I source locally here in the Okanagan. From there, it’s all about careful preparation, creating the perfect brine, and allowing the flavors to develop into something delicious before packaging.
4. You pickle everything from eggs to vegetables—what’s been your most popular or surprising creation so far?
Pickled eggs always get people talking! Some are hesitant at first, but once they try them, they’re hooked. It’s definitely one of the most fun and surprising products I offer.
