If you’re a cat parent, you already know that finding the perfect litter box can feel like an endless mission. Between smells, mess, and the fact that most litter boxes look… well… like litter boxes, it can be hard to find something that actually works for your home.
That’s why I was so excited to finally get my hands on the Tuft + Paw Cove Litter Box from Tuft + Paw — and let me tell you, it has completely changed the game for our household.
A Gorgeous Design That Actually Fits Your Home
The first thing I noticed when unboxing the Cove litter box was just how beautiful and modern it looks. This isn’t the typical bulky plastic box you try to hide in a corner. The design is sleek, minimal, and surprisingly elegant.
Even though it’s what I’d call an enormous little box (plenty of room inside for your cats), the outside footprint fits perfectly in our space. It blends into the room rather than sticking out like an eyesore. You can watch our unboxing video on our Instagram here!
For homes like ours with multiple cats, that extra interior space makes a huge difference. Cats like room to move around, and this box definitely delivers.
Smart Functionality That Makes Life Easier
Beyond the looks, the functionality is where this litter box really shines.
Some of my favorite features include:
- High walls that help keep litter where it belongs
- Removable side walls that make cleaning easier
- Built-in tracking mat that catches litter from little paws
- Durable design that feels like it will last for years
Anyone with cats knows how quickly litter ends up everywhere. The tracking mat alone has already made a noticeable difference in keeping our floors cleaner.
The Accessories Are Just as Impressive
One thing I really loved about the Tuft + Paw setup is that it comes with thoughtfully designed accessories that actually make sense.
Everything feels high quality and intentional. Instead of random add-ons, the accessories are clearly designed to work with the litter box system, making daily cleanup faster and easier.
It’s one of those products where you can tell a lot of thought went into how real cat owners actually use it.
What Our Cats Think
The real judges in this situation, of course, are our cats — Beans and Oreo.
And honestly? They took to it right away.
The spacious design seems to make them more comfortable, and the high sides help keep everything contained even when someone gets a little enthusiastic about digging.
So far it has been a big hit with our furry inspectors.
Testing Out Tuft + Paw Cat Food
Along with the litter box, we also got the chance to try Tuft + Paw Really Great Cat Food.
The quality of the food is fantastic, and I love that it focuses on clean, nutritious ingredients. However, like many cat parents know, picky cats can take their time warming up to something new.
Beans and Oreo are definitely in that category.
They’re curious and nibbling, but I suspect it may take a little time before they fully commit. That said, I’m excited to keep introducing it gradually.
Next Up: Testing Their Flushable Litter
The excitement isn’t over yet.
Today we’re also receiving Tuft + Paw Really Great Cat Litter, and I can’t wait to test it out.
What really caught my attention is that it’s designed to be:
- Flushable
- Low mess
- Low dust
- High quality
Anything that helps reduce litter tracking and mess in a busy home is a huge win in my book. I’ll be experimenting with it next and sharing how it performs with our cats.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I absolutely loved working with Tuft + Paw. From the thoughtful design to the quality of their products, everything feels premium and carefully created with cats (and their humans) in mind.
The Cove Litter Box has already upgraded our cat setup in a big way, and I’m excited to keep testing their food and litter as we go.
If you’re looking for a litter box that is beautiful, functional, and actually designed for modern homes, this one is definitely worth checking out.
Stay tuned for our next experiment with Tuft + Paw’s flushable litter — I have a feeling it might be another game changer.
