Important self-care tips during stressful times!


These days are literally some of the craziest we have gone through in our generation. We will be looking back on 2020 in the future wondering where it all went wrong and how we could have stopped all the death and destruction. Sadly what's done is done and now all we can do is take care of ourselves and our families and prepare for a better, brighter future. Self-care is the best thing you can do right now to keep yourself mentally fit and physically happy and healthy!

Try to get up and get dressed every day even if you are not currently working. Staying scheduled and looking good can make you feel better about yourself and your current situation. Get up at a decent time, have a healthy breakfast, get dressed, do your hair, and go for a walk. Go in the backyard and enjoy some sunshine, take a bike ride, go for a hike, or take a selfie and start an online reunion with friends and family by sharing selfies with each other. Dressing up and feeling good can help you stay confident and feeling sexy even through the toughest times.

Get some exercise each and every day! Letting yourself go when stuck in isolation is easier than you think.
