If there is one thing I have learned from having cats, it is that they can be incredibly picky about just about everything. Let’s be honest: most traditional litter boxes are not exactly attractive. They are bulky, awkward-looking plastic containers that you usually want to tuck away somewhere nobody can see them.

I have tried my fair share of cat litter over the years. Clay litter, lightweight litter, scented litter, unscented litter, crystal litter, and just about everything in between.
There is always something that could be better.
Some litters create dust, some track everywhere, some struggle with odour control, and others leave you dealing with heavy garbage bags full of used litter.
I wanted something that made cleaning up after our cats easier, and Tuft + Paws Really Great Litter has been a fantastic change.

One of my favourite things about this litter is that it is designed to be flushable.
Instead of constantly collecting scooped litter in garbage bags, I love the convenience of being able to dispose of compatible waste through the toilet according to the product instructions and local plumbing guidance.
It makes daily cleanup feel so much simpler.
Always follow the manufacturer’s disposal directions, and check local wastewater rules before flushing any cat litter. Never flush litter if your local system or septic setup does not allow it.
Less Dust and Less Tracking
Nobody wants to walk through a cloud of litter dust every time they clean the litter box.
One of the things I really appreciate about Tuft + Paw’s litter is how much cleaner the experience feels.
We have noticed less mess compared with some of the traditional litters we have used.
Of course, no litter is completely mess-free, especially when you have cats who love kicking and digging, but anything that reduces the amount of litter scattered around the house is a major improvement.
